Our team

We have built an exceptional team of industry specialists headquartered in Newcastle in New South Wales – bringing together expertise in clean energy infrastructure, project development, delivery and operations. We also have offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.

Chief Development Officer
Mark leads the Voyager Renewables’ team, providing development strategy and operational expertise. Mark has more than 20 years’ experience in clean energy across hydropower, wind, solar, storage and high voltage transmission systems. His experience spans Australia, Asia Pacific and the Americas. He has held previous leadership roles with SunCable, CWP Renewables and ERM.

Development Director
Adrien heads up development activities across Voyager Renewables’ portfolio. Adrien is experienced in development, financing and construction. Before joining Voyager Renewables in 2024, he was the Head of Development for Asia-Pacific and Country Director at Akuo Energy in Australia. At Akuo, Adrien played a key role in establishing a renewable energy independent power producer as a founding employee through to 1.5 GW in operations and around $4 billion in investment.

Technical Services Director
Mark heads up our engineering and technical workstreams. Mark is experienced in wind, solar, and battery analysis and due diligence. He has worked across Australia, Asia Pacific, North America and Europe, supporting pre-construction, construction, and operational projects. Before joining Voyager Renewables, Mark was director of technical due diligence and M&A advisory services at a leading global engineering consultancy.

Legal Director
Amelia heads up Voyager Renewables’ legal team and works across Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners’ Australian and New Zealand portfolio. She has more than 10 years' of experience in the financing, structuring and delivery of clean energy projects and is Australia’s First Global Ambassador for Women in Wind through the Global Wind Energy Council.

Sophie leads Voyager Renewables’ political and government engagement. She works across Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners' Australian and New Zealand portfolio including onshore and offshore wind, green hydrogen and battery storage.

Senior Commercial Manager
Katherine leads our commercial strategy, financial modelling and business case development activities. Katherine's background is in M&A, financial modelling and commercial development for major infrastructure projects. Previously, Katherine held commercial roles at ARTC and Macquarie Capital.

Senior Manager, Project Origination
Todd is responsible for identifying greenfield renewable energy opportunities for Voyager Renewables. He has more than 15 years’ of experience across major infrastructure projects, including telecommunications, wind, solar, hydrogen and battery storage.

Maryanne Tarawa
Senior Land and Property Manager
Maryanne works closely with landowners and manages access agreements, options and leases. Maryanne is experienced in land development and advisory. She is a former real estate agent and has a Bachelor of Laws. Before joining Voyager Renewables, Maryanne worked at Tactix-Sener Group, Crown Lands, Jemena and Council in various senior property roles.

Development Manager
Amy manages development activities on our projects in New South Wales. Amy’s background is in project management and development in the infrastructure and energy industries. She was previously a Project Manager at APP Corporation.

GIS Manager
Sarah manages our spatial intelligence system, supporting site identification and development. Sarah brings over 8 years' of experience in geodatabase management, mapping, and spatial analysis. Before joining Voyager Renewables, Sarah was a senior GIS consultant at Rhelm.

Executive Support Officer
Jess handles business operations, executive tasks, and office management. Jess has a Bachelor of Business Marketing. Prior to joining Voyager Renewables, Jess was an Executive Assistant and Communications Coordinator at Design Anthology.
