Working with communities

Our renewable energy projects take time to develop and deliver - and we want to use that time to build meaningful relationships with local communities by identifying what matters to you.

We’re investing in proper engagement and consultation with Traditional Owners, other landowners, community groups and local industries.

This gives us the best insights needed to understand what benefits can be created in each location and identify initiatives that will offer real, lasting benefits.

Our job is to not just mitigate or minimise impacts, but ensure we create community benefit schemes that provide sustained social and economic benefits.

Consultation

We value input from the community and are keen to work with people in the regions to develop our projects.

There will be many opportunities throughout the development process to provide feedback and help shape projects.

We believe that involving people from the beginning is the best way to make projects better and deliver positive benefits to the regions. We will consult with Traditional Owners, stakeholders, local communities and landowners.

At key stages we will run formal consultations to seek feedback on specific activities or decisions which can be influenced by community feedback. We’re always keen to hear ideas and feedback – please get in touch at any stage.

Our projects are in the early development phase and will take time to progress. We will keep you updated on key milestones and opportunities to shape project decisions.
