Richard Finlay-Jones
Richard is a veteran of the Australian Wind Industry with over 25 years’ experience in the renewables sector and joined Voyager at its Newcastle inception as a born-and-bred Novocastrian. He has qualifications in Agriculture, Forestry, Education, and Business and holds a Doctorate in Wind Energy Project Development. Richard is an accomplished surfer and paddler with a number of Australian Titles to his name and has represented Australia twice at the ISA Worlds SUP and Paddleboard Championships.

Tim Flynn
Tim is a commercially minded landholder liaison, with a legal and consulting background. Professionally, he has experience in stakeholder management, conveyancing, commercial and property law, and project management. He grew up on his family's sheep and cattle property in Mudgee, NSW, and is now the managing partner. Tim has over 3 years’ experience with renewable energy, as a solicitor and consultant for farmers, and being the point of contact for a wind farm development on his own property.

Neil Cooke
Neil is an experienced development professional with over 20 years of experience in all stages of renewables (wind and battery) development including landholder engagement and agreement, environmental studies and approvals, tender preparation, shortlisting, negotiation, and EPC and Operations and Maintenance contract finalisation. In addition to development, Neil has a decade of experience in operations and project construction.

Brett Peterkin
Brett has 35 years’ experience implementing consultation programs and providing political advice for private and public organisations, engaging with landholders in rural and regional areas. Brett’s career started working on properties in the Riverina and central west NSW and all his working time has been spent in regional and rural areas. While not working Brett spends his time fishing and is a long-suffering Wests Tigers supporter.

Paul Gellie
Paul has 20 years’ experience as a rural landholder managing four cattle properties whilst running a small business contracting to an electrical company. Having a project on his land, he has a sound understanding of the renewable energy industry. Paul’s goal is to build strong relationships, and he is committed to the development of renewable energy.
