Meet our Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors comprises of representatives from Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) – the projects’ investors and renewable energy development and delivery specialists.

Jørn Hammer
Director
Jørn is the head of CIP Australia and oversees CIP’s projects in Australia and New Zealand. Jørn is based in Melbourne and has more than 30 years’ of industry leadership experience at some of the world’s largest renewable energy companies. Before joining CIP, Jørn established the Australian branch of wind turbine manufacturer Vestas and served as its managing director.

Yi-Hua Lu
Director
Yi-Hua Lu has close to two decades of experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors across Australia, Europe, and Asia. Prior to joining, Mr. Lu spent 11 years with Macquarie Group in Singapore and London, where he held various roles in the development business. Most recently, he was Head of APAC for Corio Generation, Macquarie’s offshore wind development platform, and previously served as an Associate Director with Macquarie Green Investment Group, focusing on renewable energy investments.

Mark Branson
Steering Committee Member
Mark leads the Voyager Renewables team, bringing over 20 years’ experience in clean energy and expertise across development strategy, operations, and technologies including hydropower, wind, solar, storage, and high-voltage transmission.

Steering Committee Member
As a member of the Voyager Renewables Steering Committee, Martin provides strategic guidance drawn from extensive international experience in renewable energy development, commercial structuring, financing, construction, and operations.
